Workshops about Designations of origin
The Cordoba Delegation of the College of Agricultural Engineers of Andalusia, coinciding with the celebration of the festival of its patron saint, Saint Isidore, will organise the first workshops about the designations of origin from the province of Cordoba this coming 11th May, at the Parador de la Arruzafa hotel.
There will be 3 sessions about products from the Designation of Origin of Cordoba:
- 11.30 am Presentation ABOUT OLIVE OIL by José Humanes Guillén, Doctor of Agricultural Engineering.
- 11.45 am Presentation ABOUT HAM by Emiliano de Pedro Sanz, Professor of Agricultural Engineering.
- 1.00 pm Presentation ABOUT WINE AND VINEGAR by Miguel Cruz Marqués, Doctor of Agricultural Engineering and Winemaking.
At 2.00 pm the event will be closed by Mr. José Antonio Nieto, Mayor of Cordoba, who will introduce the tasting of DO products from our province.
