Tasting and sampling


The D.O. Montoro-Adamuz Extra Virgin Olive Oils, from a sensory point of view and with regards to the odour, are oils of great aromatic complexity. Their positive attributes are the intense odour of olive fruitiness, high green leaf and other ripe fruits. These oils offer a somewhat dense feeling in the mouth, full-bodied, due to the high percentage of oleic acid, and a characteristic medium intensity peppery and bitter touch, therefore resulting in a delicious oil perfect for dressing salads and/or drizzling on a slice of toast, in which the “fruity” and “green leaf” attributes are present with the greatest intensity.
