Designations of Origin Antequera and Montoro-Adamuz in Andalucía Sabor

The Designations of Origin Antequera and Montoro-Adamuz have participated together in the second edition of the 2011 “Andalucía Sabor” Fair, which was held at the Conference Centre in Seville (FIBES) from 22nd to 24th September 2009. They promoted their extra virgin olive oils through a tasting in which they informed people about their qualities and the differences between the hojiblanca and picual varieties.

During the event, attended by many companies from the food industry in Andalusia, the different packaged products from this designation were presented, mainly in tins and glass bottles.

Andalucía Sabor is a highly professional event that helps enhance the value of the Andalusian agro-food industry and the quality of the products that already enjoy great prestige in the best kitchens around the world.

This event, which is holding its second edition, is building on the good results from the first, held in 2007, that brought the entire industry together at an international level through both its exhibition element and the Gastronomy Conference that was held in parallel and that attracted the most prestigious international chefs.
